Matthew Negron is the president of Dauphin, a prestigious furniture manufacturer based out of Germany with a focus on ergonomics. Beginning from the position of design engineer and developing his own department, Matthew expanded into project management and catalog build-outs.
While experiencing the industry from the inside, he lacked knowledge of the sales component on the outside of the manufacturing walls. He carved his own path by justifying how he could handle his own sales division to gain a perspective on the sales side of the business.
Leadership is a skill that has always come naturally to Matthew, leading him to his current position of President in June 2020. By demonstrating a willingness to listen to other areas of the company, he is able to drive change and meet market demands as they develop.
The power of listening within your business and integrating trends from other markets across the world. They can give you the power to launch your business to the next level simply by listening to your salespeople and your customers to provide a need to trends.
The proof of the products at Dauphin is demonstrated with the HIP finalists, and Matthew found himself the winner of the people category in 2023, demonstrating the hard work he has poured into his business and his team.
